We want you to love every piece you order. Each jewelry item is carefully inspected before dispatch, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

To begin a return, please contact us at info@shinewithme.co and include your order number.

We’ll provide simple instructions for sending your item back.
Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Returns received after the 7-day period will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Earrings and other pierced jewelry

Personalized or custom-made items

Discounted or sale items
Condition of Returned Items
All returns must arrive in resalable condition.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not qualify for a refund.
If an order is returned to us by the courier due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal to accept the parcel, a refund for the product(s) will be issued once received.
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the shipping error was on our side.
Exchanges

Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please contact info@shinewithme.co with your order number to arrange an exchange.
Conditions

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item via our standard delivery method.

Custom items, personalized designs, earrings, and sale items are not eligible for exchange.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@shinewithme.co with a clear photo of the issue.

This helps us verify and resolve the issue promptly.

Requests made after 24 hours cannot be accepted, as the item may have been handled or worn.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

If you haven’t received it within 15 business days after confirmation, please contact us at info@shinewithme.co for assistance.
Undelivered Parcels
If your parcel is returned to us because:

The courier was unable to deliver,
-
There was no safe place to leave it, or
-
Customs duties were unpaid (for international orders),
We’ll refund the item cost once it arrives back at our facility.
Delivery fees remain non-refundable.
To receive the items again, a new order will need to be placed.
International Orders
Customs Duties
Customers are responsible for paying any import duties or taxes required by their country’s customs authorities.
Delivery Fees
- Shipping fee will be calculated at checkout according to your location.
Returned Parcels

For parcels returned due to unpaid customs duties or incorrect address details, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.

For other customer-initiated returns, a $2 restocking fee applies.
Agreement
