Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 30 countries including the US, UK, Canada, most of Europe, and parts of Asia and the Middle East. Enter your address at checkout to see if we deliver to you. International shipping times may vary depending on your country's customs process.

How will I receive updates about my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email or SMS with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders within Pakistan typically arrive within 5-7 business days. International orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may still request a return after delivery.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within the eligible time frame stated in our policy. Please visit our "Returns & Exchanges" page for detailed instructions. Please note: Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
We're happy to help! If you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order, we can update your delivery address before dispatch.
I haven't received my confirmation email. What should I do?

Why is my parcel taking longer than expected?
Delays can occasionally occur due to high-volume seasons, weather conditions, or customs checks for international orders. We'll always do our best to keep you informed and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
Why are customs fees applied to international orders?
Some countries may charge customs duties or import taxes, which are not included in your order total. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
What happens if my package is returned due to unpaid customs fees or an incorrect address?
If your parcel is returned to us because of unpaid duties or an incorrect address, the original delivery fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed once we receive the returned package.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — we offer free tracked delivery across Pakistan on all orders, with no minimum spend required. For international orders, shipping is a fixed rate of $7.85 USD, with reduced rates of $4.50 USD for Saudi Arabia and $3.95 USD for the UAE — free for international orders above $100 USD.
