RETURN & EXCHANGE $ REFUNDS
RETURN
You can return items within 14 days from the date of receipt. To initiate a return, please email us at info@shinewithme.com with your order number for detailed return instructions.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and undamaged to be eligible for a return.Returns received outside this 14-day period will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, sale products, and
earrings or pierced jewelry cannot be returned due to hygiene and customization reasons.
Condition of Returned Items: Items must be in a resaleable
condition. Items showing signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted for return.
Handling ReturnedOrders: If an order is returned to us
by the delivery service, we will issue a refund for the item cost. Delivery fees are non-refundableunless we made an error with the shipping.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made within 14 days from receipt of the item. Please contact us at info@shinewithme.com.pk with your order number for exchange instructions.
Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Exchanges must be processed within 14 days of receipt.
We will cover the shipping cost of sending out the new item via our
standard delivery method.
Faulty Goods
Reporting Faults: If you receive a faulty item or if it is damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at info@shinewithme.com.pk.
Include a photo of the item to expedite the resolution process.
Items reported after this period are considered to be misused by the buyer.
Refunds
Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item,
we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
Undelivered Parcels
Reasons for Return: If a parcel is returned due to: The recipient being unavailable,
- Inability to find a safe place to leave the parcel, Unpaid customs duties (for international orders),
International Orders
Customs Duties: It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any customs duties applicable to their order.
Delivery Fees: For orders under PKR 22,000, a delivery fee of PKR 1,100 is charged, though we pay the delivery service PKR 2,200. For orders of PKR 22,000 and above, we cover the delivery cost entirely. A PKR 2,200 fee will be deducted for packages returned due to unpaid customs duties.
Handling Fee: A PKR 660 processing fee will be deducted for each returned package to cover handling and restocking costs. For returns caused by customer errors, such as unpaid customs duties or incorrect address details, a PKR 1,100 delivery fee and a PKR 660 handling fee will be deducted.
